When you change settings, app should use pushState to set the url to a query string that contains the settings, so they can be easily shared. Off the back of this, provide a list of presets (in a dropdown) for different scenarios. Need a Title field for the settings too.

After the update that changed coldwar.io to a hub, all programs linked from it, including coldwar itself, started to flash on and off, rendering the gameplay impossible.

The flashes seem to intensify when more things are going on on the screen.

To replicate, choose the "Cold War" option on coldwar.io and then set Capital Count to 1. The "nation-state" will eventually produce bombers that it will send against its own capital, nuking the capital. After the capital is nuked, no more bombers are built. The game still continues and does not automatically restart.
