Make a script to ensure the showcase works
This would be stuff like download coala to latest version, possibly set up a virtualenv for the showcase also.
Ideally, target an OS (Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch are the most popular among coala devs I think) and make sure all packages are installed, all versions should be locked to specific versions. Etc etc.
Make ascicinemas
Would be good to create ascicinemas for all the demos you want to show in the shocase, download it as a video and save it in the repo. this would be like a back up in case stuff goes south in the demonstration.
