Create "remove" function to reorganize tree

ContainerFileTree is missing tag updates in root node

container tree base should allow empty filelist

it could be the case that we want to build dynamically, in which case there is no filelist.

template function needs to be updated for new location

old examples need to be moved into docs

Collection tree: need to account for parsing dockerfile with "tag as <>"

each node should represent a namespace, but within the namespace we need separate lists of children according to tags (dicts)

Each node should be a container, going all the way up to scratch. Each node, being a container, would also be a containertree (or have some reference in one?)
