japandas.JapaneseHolidayCalendar and japandas.TSEHolidayCalendar treat following INVALID date as holiday.

• 1993-09-05
  • It is treated as "Respect for the Aged Day", but "Respect for the Aged Day" in 1993 is Sep. 15th.
• 2020-08-12
  • It is treated as "Holiday in lieu", but Aug, 12th in 2020 is not holiday.

Both wrong date came from invalid holiday data in holidays.yml on k1LoW/holiday_jp.
I have already sent a pull request to k1LoW.
Please regenerate pkl files based on the new holidays.yml that my pull request includes.

Thank you very much for your package. This is the only python package I find can directly read e-Stat data.
But the problem here is that I find for some large dataset I can only get 100000 rows for most.

Update:
Sorry I find I ask the wrong question because the data limit is an issue with e-Stat itself. So the question changes to that can I add some specific parameters other than statsDataId in jpd.DataReader() ?

I removed a lot pandas.compat related code to make the package work under pandas 0.25.+. But I am not sure how to do with the deprecated ploting in plotting.py.
