What this enhancement does

With using -f md_table,
Now ❌ will be shown when diff link was not found.
This enhancement make a link to github url/homepage when diff link was not found.

Why

It is useful to reduce the time that searching repository info by hand.

Way to resolve

PR will be sent later.

Not sure which update caused problems, but with this combination it outputs:

bundle diff
ERROR: gem name required

git show
-    kennel (1.25.2)
+    kennel (1.26.0)

bundle diff -> empty line
bundle diff -c HEAD -> empty line

• show warn with what it is doing
• error when it could not analyze for whatever reason (and show that reason)
