Create pricing plan cards for when user does not have a login

As a recruiter I should have be able to view an applicants "card" with all they necessary info.

Need to create the structure and style for a sidebar that allows the user to search for applicants, we can build out the functionality later.

The card for searching has been designed, but we need to create the JS to allow a user to search for an applicant by name. We also need to create functionality to allow the user to sort alphabetically by name and position applied for.

Create Form for New Applicant

Name, Email, Position, Skills, Resume Link, Interview (Checkbox) w/ dynamic Date Picker

Implement user authentication

Recuriter needs to be able to add a client and multiple employees to interview appointment
