pilove's Issues

Pilove for raspberry pi 4

Hello, I know it's a five years old project but I'm taking a chance.

I tried to run pilove on a Raspberry 4. And it doesn't work. Although I don't understand why I guess it's normal.

Unfortunately I don't have the skills to make the necessary modifications myself (I have no idea what to do...).

Do you plan to port pilove to rpi4. If not, do you have any advice for me to do it myself?

Thanks you very much !

WiFi setup on Pi3

On the main webpage you've mentioned in the F.A.Q. how to setup WiFi

Edit the file /etc/network/interfaces to set your ESSID / Passphrase pair, then sudo systemctl reboot.

This how-ever does not work, since the /etc/network/interfaces resets back to the original file on reboot. Is there any other way to get this working? (or stop it from overwriting the changes)

wifi on Pi Zero W

Using pilove 0.4
edited /boot/interfaces to correct essid, passphrase, edited wpa_supplicant.conf - still nothing...

Inspecting boot logs shows an error with dhcpcd,
img_3312

I'm grateful for any help

Set custom resolution

Love ignores any width/height in conf.lua and framebuffer dimensions in /boot/config.txt, instead using the monitor resolution (1920x1080).

Audio

Hi, I'm having issues getting audio to work on the RPi3, I was able to change the modes in raspi-config after updating all packages, and have tried both hdmi and default 3.5mm jack, the file in question is a simple wav file, which works fine on my windows machine, android phone, and ubuntu VM.

I've also tried setting the output using amixer, rebooted pulseaudio, tried some stuff in the /biot/config.txt file, and kind of at a loss atm.

Any idea what it could be?
Thanks, Sean.
