JSVM-Code-Notes

Notes on reference code of H.264/SVC -- JSVM 9.18.8, comments are written in Chinese.

Summary
These are one part of code that I read during my study at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). It contains many comments at core parts of Scalable Video Coding (SVC) in MPEG-4 part 10 / H.264. The code may be outdated, but the idea worth more than you think.
