That's a good observation, I'd need to work out the best approach. Perhaps an elevate => "sudo"
setting, or similar, for those operations?
To be honest such a parameter would probably make sense for all operations. As even making directories, or changing permissions of files could potentially be privileged operations.

as a user you can want to install a package but create directory/files in your home.
best practice to not excecute all the process as root.
for the setting, having something that indicate that the operation is privileged is good but choosing the command to use is a must. on openbsd you want doas and not sudo.
maybe having a global setting (to not repeat) or a per block setting is the best.

I'll take care of this over the weekend, looks like it will be an easy thing to add to package/user/group modules, but harder for other things.
