Date increment check

fails after detecting repeated date 2021-02-25, likely because that day is the first one on which 2 manufactures had the delivery:

Deliveries on same date should be merged into one record or 3 separate lists should be returned (one for each manufacturer)

vaccines_supplied_by_manufacturer_cumulative does not have this problem

The assertions

is failing the Test run with:

AssertionError: 48799 != 48798

because the data in the dashboard changed slightly.

Tests should allow for some tolerance.
