Description
Currently, the todo items are being stored in an array. Reloading the page clears this array.
- New to do items should be pushed to the browser local storage so that closing the page does not clear the saved items

Improving the display by
- Moving "Add item" to the top
- Instead of repeated edit and delete buttons, make them as icons
- Presentable display of existing notes without disturbing the functionality
