• Add sliders for landscape and portrait sensitivity. They should define the angle from which to trigger the rotation.
• Add a delay before triggering the rotation for more stability. Make it configurable?

FxTec Pro1 tends to get stuck in a fixed orientation even though auto-rotate is activated.
Launching the built-in camera app fixes the issue until it get stuck again.
Therefore it seems this is a software issue, or at least we should be able to workaround in software.
Most users are affected though the frequency of the issue greatly varies.
For 6 months I was rarely affected, less than once a week.
Lately it almost happening whenever I close the keyboard.
It sometimes accompanied by the virtual keyboard popping up even the physical keyboard is deployed.

There are several things Fx Service could try to workaround that issue.

• Adjust Settings.System.ACCELEROMETER_ROTATION and Settings.System.USER_ROTATION when opening or closing the keyboard.
• Use accelerometer and magnetometer readings to compute and device position and force screen orientation accordingly, effectively re-implementing auto-rotate.

Screen filter could be improved by adding the following options:

• Option to disable adaptive brightness when screen filter is turned on.
• Option to set minimum brightness when screen filter is turned on.
• Option to turn on adaptive brightness when screen filter is turned off.

Investigate use of FLAG_DIM_BEHIND

I tried installing FxService on my new Pro1x device and noticed that it conflicts with FinQwerty keyboard driver - it seems that FxService overrides the key layout thus basically making it non-working. As an example, I selected FinQwerty Czech keyboard layout which has Czech accented characters on the number keys (numbers are then selected by pressing Shift together with the number keys), but I cannot type the accented keys as soon as I enable FxService using the Accessibility setting. I know that you provide also a FxQwerty package, but that doesn't contain support for my native language. Any idea how to avoid that conflict while still enjoying certain functions of FxService?

Provide an option to force landscape rotation.
Looks like we will need to implement a foreground service to achieve that as we failed to get it working from our accessibility service.

Apparently we need to use TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY.
We still have to demonstrate that's doable at all.

Ideally using light sensor.

Have shortcuts to adjust DPI by chanching Smallest Width developers option.
Automatically change DPI when keyboard is opened and closed.
Could we do something similar for font size?
