Webui contains font in 6 different formats, we only need one for browser

It waits for available transports to finish and then sets new transport. This can be long. Manager could instead:

• use first transport that reports to be good and update for better transports afterwards;
• use small time interval (0,5-1 sec) to give all transports a chance to connect and then use strategy as described above.

It only tried to connect once when options change but if user got some connectivity issue he could think there is something wrong with his options

Options page does not need persistent connection, but connection manager creates one. Make persistent connection optional (created by request) or move it to another service/singleton.

Every page in project (background, popup, options, webui) creates its own persistent connection, which is bad. Persistent connection should be shared between them and it should not exist when no page needs it.

Reconnect timeout is hardcoded now. It should be set in options.

Add default option for each.
Add description for each.
Add buttons to restore default options.
Add special warning if connection works but rpc secret is not right.
