Basically this requires to search for peristaltic pump status changes (running means dilution and stopped means growth, i.e. the data for growth rate evaluation are analyzed between stop and run point). This would require to implement List of available pumps in GUI (based on imported data).

Since there is sometimes negative response of the culture to dilution, it's necessary to allow also to define which part of growth curve is taken into consideration for exponential regression (e.g. last 2/3, etc.). Here it would also require input field in GUI (slider %?).

Allow zooming in graphs for better data visualization

• add coloring of stability quality

-add functionality to upload PBR calibration data
-add functionality to identify stabilized signal intervals (now only for dO2)
-add linear regression fit and coeff determination
-export to database
-list available calibrations fo particular instrument

There is an issue with readout of PBR ODS files import. One nasty solution is to unzip the ODS file and zip it again ...
