Oral Cancer Detection on CT images

This repository contains C++ implementation of oral cancer detection method described in the paper "Computer Aided Detection of Oral Lesions on CT Images"

There are two ways to test the algorithm developed for CT images:

A. By running the stand-alone executable file.

B. By running the code in visual studio environment.

These two methods are explained in readme.pdf file.

Requirements

Windows 7

Visual Studio 2010

OpenCV 2.4.9

Unable to build the project

Its saying 'Cannot open include file: 'cl_Texture.h': No such file or directory' , from where can i get this header file. Please help. Thanks...

Unable to run the program after image input

I need to know proper format of some image i tried some from the net, but it throws "vector subscript out of range" exception , even though i used exact 800X800 dimension image and converted it into .slice format still it didn't work . The above mentioned website gives a 404 .Please provide some images to make it work, i even mailed you asking that where ever you are more active.
