Consider changing `contact` field

To my mind, it would make more sense if the contact field were https://github.com/snapcrafters/cassandra/issues instead of [email protected] (which I presume is from when Evan had snapped Cassandra and not transferred it over).

[Enhancement]: Provide Cassandra snap for RISC-V

What changes would you like?

The Cassandra snap should be made available for RISC-V. This requires moving to Core 20 or higher.

Core 20 does not contain an ant plugin but it should still be possible to build Cassandra using the Ant deb package.
