snapmaker / documentation Goto Github PK

Seems like the first task is to move all the unused gcodes to another directory effectively removing them from the list. Might be nice to be able to access them in a separate tab for reference. Just moving them to a different directory is an easy way to disable them as they may need to be reactivated at some point in the future.

I'm assuming that this documentation will only run if it is thru the GitHub pages?
When I try running it thru my local machine (a Mac) it doesn't work right.
It needs the built-in GitHub stuff?

I tried setting the link to "https//tonejaco.github.io/Documentation/" on my branch and it doesn't work. Don't understand why.

Get my fork on GitHub in sync with this one?
I've also got copy on my Mac, should I be syncing with this one or with my GitHub fork?
Or does it matter?

The display on my iPhone doesn’t work quite right. I’m guessing this might be in the GitHub Pages framework or maybe bootstrap?

You can get around it by using the reader menu in the header.

Then again, how many people are going to use it on their iPhone like me laying here in bed this Saturday morning! Ha ha. :-)

Hi, I'm trying to combine the snapmaker gcode and this ([project]https://github.com/appliedengdesign/gcode-reference) to get better vscode support for snapmaker gcode.
I can't work out if this project is dead, the gcode hasn't had any update in 6months, but the M03/M04 commands for CW/CCW spindle power use P (percentage power) for M03 but S(speed out of 255) for M04.
Do both commands actually support both? Can someone at the company be tasked with updating the documentation inline with the snapmaker controller github project (i.e. I was going to trawl through the snapmaker marlin code for answers, but can you please instead)

This has always bugged me with the Marlin documentation, when you click on the scrolling list (sidenav) of codes on the left it always resets it to the top of the list. The preferred action would be to leave the list alone or to center the selected item in the middle of the list.
