- Navigate to the folder to create virtual environment
- Create virtual environment
py -m venv <venv-name>
- Activate virtual environment
<venv-name>\Scripts\activate.bat
- Install django
py -m pip install Django
- Create project
django-admin startproject weatherapp
This will create a folder named weatherapp which contains a file manage.py and a folder named weatherapp

- Download the code. Replace the contents of the main folder weatherapp, with the downloaded code
- Generate an API key after signing in to https://home.openweathermap.org/
- Replace , in the file views.py of weather folder, by the generated API key
cd weatherapp
py manage.py runserver
