The folder .mail and main mailbox folders inside it
have to exist when calling uttum --generate

I'm able to change the colour for individual folder like this:

mail01.folder('folder01', color='#FF0000')

It would be nice to be able to set the default colour for all folders at once (since I don't have to enumerate them manually thanks to find_folders() method).

Because of the offlineimap bug, when you create new folder, you have to:

1. turn off cronjob for sync
2. ensure offlineimap is not working at the moment
3. go to web interface
4. create new folder
5. add one email there
   Otherwise there will be dragons. Maybe there's a way to initiate this from client site, but it requires some experimentation. Then it would be nice to have uttum command to implement this.

When folders in different accounts have the same alias, they are indistinguishable in the status bar.

I don't need this much, but maybe somebody does.

It would be nice to have a basic instruction, including other tools.
It might be out of scope of uttum, but it would still facilitate its installation, for example for uttum to run correctly you have to run offlineimap for at least one time, so you need to know how to do that etc. Currently uttum installation assumes all other tools are set up, I think it should be mentioned in instruction.

Include custom solarized module into installation process, add attribution link to the module (I couldn't find any specific information about the license, please consult http://ethanschoonover.com/solarized/DEVELOPERS).

This might also be a separate project, because it's can be also used in i3timer.

Or facilitate it somehow.
