Petitions can be converted to .pdf files.

Signature structure needs to be implemented into petition-generator.

Basically, a petition can have a field signatureInfo, it has signed, false by default and a signedDate, null by default. If petition is signed then this model will be changed accordingly.

A feedback can be seen in HTML template.

Test code can be written by using JUnit

To implement #5 and #6 we need to create file generation service interface to implement

Document whole project on README.md file

Need to expand Usage Documentation on README.md

There's a default html template for petition generation. HTMLTemplateFiller and HTMLFileGenerationService can be customized to validate and use different templates.

After #7 , Petition model must hold all signers (with feedbacks) in it

Petitions can be converted to HTML format

Petitions can be signed by the Issuer, for that, each Issuer implementation needs to hold signature in it.

PetitionModel needs a field to hold destination where petition addresses.

It also can hold a set of other addresses that petition involved. Ex. head of department -> faculty dean -> rectorate
