In case where bomb1 triggers bomb2 prematurelly kills caused by flames from bomb2 are not correctly assigned to owner of bomb1.

Key F11 interrupts the game without updating score. In that case setWinner() function is called with argument -1 and it uses -1 as array index.

It seems that setWinner should be split to two functions:

1. One to update score - this does not get called when game is interrupted.
2. Second to evaluate killsToWin option - this needs to be called always.
