commoncrypto's Issues

Characters

Swift5 removed Characters thus causing builds to fail.

issue with Cocoapods about tvos

Based about your description, CommonCrypto works on tvOS but cocoapods give me this error: "The platform of the target xxxx (tvOS 9.1) is not compatible with libCommonCrypto (0.1.1), which does not support tvos."

Redefinition of module 'CommonCrypto'

Hi,

I'm using CommonCrypto in combination with several others - including Starscream. Both frameworks - Starscream and CommonCrypto - are using the system CommonCrypto framework.

This results in a duplication error in the modulemaps:
.../Starscream/zlib/module.modulemap:6:8: Redefinition of module 'CommonCrypto' ... .../CommonCrypto.framework/Modules/module.modulemap:1:8: note: previously defined here module CommonCrypto [system] { ^

I posted the issue in Starscream's Issues section as well, since I'm not sure how to fix it and which framework has to made some change (if any at all). Renaming the module would be possible, but doesn't seem right to me.

Any ideas?

Bitcode compatible?

I get the following error when submitting with Application Loader (compiled with Xcode 8.2.1):

ERROR ITMS-90668: "Invalid Bundle Executable. The executable file 'MyApp AppStore.app/Watch/MyApp Watch App.app/PlugIns/MyApp Watch Extension.appex/Frameworks/CommonCrypto.framework/CommonCrypto' contains incomplete bitcode. To compile binaries with complete bitcode, open Xcode and choose Archive in the Product menu."
ERROR ITMS-90209: "Invalid Segment Alignment. The app binary at 'MyApp.app/Watch/MyApp Watch App.app/PlugIns/MyApp Watch Extension.appex/Frameworks/CommonCrypto.framework/CommonCrypto' does not have proper segment alignment. Try rebuilding the app with the latest Xcode version."

Can I use this for targets that require Bitcode to be enabled, like watchos 3 apps?
