`kubectl get machines` output formatting

kubectl get machines output is not formatted correctly. workaround would be to -oyaml it to be readable.

Alternative install steps

1.) Download and install latest stable from https://nodejs.org/en/
2.) git clone https://github.com/some-things/dkp-mirror
3.) cd dkp-mirror
4.) chmod +x bin/cli.js
5.) npm install
6.) dkp-mirror --help

`no such file or directory` error on a 2.1.1 log

Came across this issue when using dkp-miror up where it seems to be unable to locate the custom-resources directory:

Confirming that the folder doesnt seem to have it. Could it be an issue with log generation?
