Homepage should give an overview of the format.
Future thoughts:
- Perhaps one day songpro.org just points to the Rails?
- Could be cool/fun if the homepage start with an interactive editor that showed you the format in action (with a prompt to turn whatever you've edited into a Song entry?)

I thought 3.2 was the latest (at least via asdf on Mac).
