When designing a ship, if you choose the speciality size of that system, you can increase maxUnits infinitely tapping any of the stepper buttons.

In SpaceTrader/Design2VC.swift near line 292:

// handle size specialty. If selected size is specialty, player gets 20 more units to work with
if player.selectedConstructShipSize == galaxy.currentSystem!.shipyardSizeSpecialty {
    maxUnits += 20
}

This is called inside updateDisplay(), which means that maxUnits increases every time any of buttons are tapped, rather than just once.
