I am trying to configure the theme, but the options are not saving, they always get set back to default when I relaunch Firefox

The setting to save their state when I toggle them

I do not dig the transparent aesthetic of the menu panels (e.g., context and extension menu) and would like to remove it.

Ironically, I managed to do this back in v1.6, but I decided to do a clean update to the latest release today and could not remember for the life of me how to do it again.

hey @soulhotel, Just figured something out. The border-radius doesn't work on many websites (e.g., react.dev, tailwindcss.com)..

Possible tabs pixel misplacement, causing tabs to retract. Others issue I have observed is panel showing/hiding repeatedly, although I can't replicate that right now, which is commonly seen when you have scale effect on hover in CSS, don't if it is what causes the problem here.

Same as Sidebery (and Firefox's default tabs), it'd be nice to be able to set the pinned tabs to display inline and icon-only

Hello! Good looking theme btw. Is not a bug is just a question, is there posible to see "traffic lights" controls on Windows? and is there a way to add autohide bookmark tab?

Describe the bug
Sidebar autohide seems to make the icons toggle like crazy & not remain static.

Troubleshooting:
Had a fresh installation of Firefox, have tried different containers & tab sizes in config, nothing seems to make the icons not stutter other than turning off auto-hide sidebar.

Even after unticking the autohide line, hovering over the tabs does not work.

As stated above, documented below. Although simple fix to max height seem to work, but needs to be done dynamically using variables and probably vh.

i was bored so i coded a linux only bash installer script for this theme,it needs to be in the main FF-ULTIMA directory :P

inside the theme directory run:
chmod +x install.sh

I would like to start with thank you for theme, first impression was great, I disliked TreeStyleTab for its clunkiest and hack-ines.
But I noticed some problems.

As you can see, controls are not properly displayed.
I would like them to at least align in the center, and maybe moved slightly to the left.

While my initial approach of adding width to #titlebar-buttonbox worked, it posed some difficulties.
Ghost controls are seen in the background, unsure where to find them in CSS.

Platform: Linux Manjaro 64-bit
DE: Plasma 5

Will try if this is the same without Ultima later.

And I would like to add that most of the themes in Firefox break controls, they are too large to toolbox.

And another slightly smaller issue I have, no close tab button on tabs.
Unsure if this is some option, as in some of your screen you have them, then on some don't.

Installed FF-Ultima and got everything running as I'd like, but since default install I haven't had x's on my Tabs to easily close them. Anyway to fix this w/o re-installing? 🙏 THX

some shortcut to toggle to show the sidebar and expand would be great

The "this time, search with" row in the search bar is gone. I do use it a lot to search through different wikis, bookmarks, and history. Is there a way to restore it?

I just recently installed this theme in LibreWolf and it seems that different types of controls are show one in top of another.

hey,dude,i like your THEME，but i dont like the auto enlarge of the sidebar when mouse points to it ，I want tabbar to keep narrow,or i can switch it by a butoon、hotkeys or etc.Could you add this function? thank you.

Probably due to the way it was coded, but every time I want to do anything on the top bar, the vertical tabs will automatically expand as well.

I've seen this become increasingly common among css themes, I'm guessing inspiration was taken from Arc browser.

I just don't understand it from a functional standpoint when your cutting off useable space, so less content can be displayed.

I do think there is poor documentation on what variables affect what part of the UI. The names are unintuitive.
However, I was able to find out what most of the variables do. Although some still evade me, I am not sure what controls the color when hovering over the new tab button; for me, it looks like no color at all. Also, I do not know what controls the border and text of the tooltip. Do you by chance know where I can change these colors?

Is it possible to retain the ublock origin extension icon? It is displayed as a lock icon after applying the theme.

It's so minor that It's almost not an issue. But I noticed It and now I can't unsee It.

Where or what should I modify to make the tabs that are in a container use as background color the color of the container?

Ultima settings in about:config page are resetting after browser restart. For example, I turn on ultima.tabs.xs option and turn off any other ultima.tabs.X option. And after restart my settings reset to default

Even when I try and hover over were the close button would be nothing appears.

After importing the sidebery json file into sidebery the pinned tabs on collapse get smaller like they should but stay in a line as apposed to the grid view show in the preview example. In addition I would like to add a margin to the left side of the screen (where sidebery is for me) that reflects the view of the one on the right as currently sidebery is pressed right up against the left side of the window/screen

Although readme wrote that supported mac, but completely broken.

Changing the theme from System to anything else makes them too big.

Basically, the function of sideberry. I don't know if it's possible or not, but it would be great enhancement.

This design looks so cool but I wish you could drag and drop tabs to reorder them because I do that everyday. When I try to reorder my tabs, the selected tab is always placed at the very top or bottom (so it becomes the first tab or last tab in the list).

Maybe there's a way to fix this? Ideally so that it behaves the same way it does in standard Firefox.

i dont think this is a bug and just a thing I don't know how to do. i saw in the videos that when you hover the side bars it like expands and mine doesn't i tried everything followed the stuff that i think turns it on but nothingg it didn't work idk if i did it wrong or not but im new to these so i don't really know much.

Light/Dark mode are not working. toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets = true, when changing Windows settings to light/dark, this does not apply either. Not the most proficient in debug mode & working within CSS, so I'm thinking maybe this is a me error somehow.

Hey, I just wanted to say love the work you did on FF ULTIMA. It's an awesome CSS! I have a question for you regarding version 1.8, however. It's not a huge deal, but I noticed on the new version there is a URL bar shadow regardless of the theme I use. Previous versions respected the theme, and would allow for the URL bar to blend into the top panel but on this version the shadow persists. Is there a way to disable this, or is it something I should submit as a bug on your GitHub?

So when I enable "allow light tab bar" in adaptive colors extension when I go to a light web page, the menu bar color doesn't change making text unreadable
