Move search functionality to its own file

Get the search functionality out of the "deadshow" file/types.

Add cmd line arg to toggle elasticsearch indexing

Multiple outputs, no dynamic config, different output formats, etc.

add cmd line arg to toggle lat/long fetch from google API to prevent burning out daily quota

Add set list details to shows. Description has this (sometimes? and formatting is difficult) but may be easier to get from file list

Parse numeric fields declared as string in archive.org doc

Omit empty deadshow fields when marshaling? Would prefer not to have empty fields in the ES doc but not sure that's the experience I want for all consumers of the API
