Pull-up resistor on I2C address lines

...so a bad solder job doesn't short VCC to Ground.

10k for I2C pullups is too large a value

Think 4.7k or 3.3k

I2C pullup resistor jumper needs traces

but you mentioned that.

Silk text size is a little small

Minimum is 0.032"; can it go to, say, 0.04"

Fix label on U$2

Should be U1, no $

Check your silk placements

SDA label and SCL label will be wrecked by vias, and VOUT label will be cut into by mask from resistor.

Add additional ground pad next to the analog output pin.

...for reasons.

Version format not right

No V_ on schematic, and no underscore on copper.
