Well, that's changing pretty often, just type @sparky help for a list of commands
We love contributions, submit an issue or pull request. This bot uses Skellington for its plugins.
The documentation is now static files with new URLs. Need to update the mapping.
With Algolia integrated into CommSlack, users should be able to DM a question to @sparky and receive a list of relevant docs and/or support articles. This will hopefully be beneficial to our users as well as cut back on the number of complaints and support tickets that generate from Slack.
It would be great to have a command that would pull up the link to create a new Support Ticket https://support.sparkpost.com/customer/portal/emails/new
