If we're talking perusing Bionomia "Agent Strings" (not people) for ones like what we have in TW. Random bits follow

• add some way to see (or go to) the suggested hit in Bionomia. Seeing the records for that Person can help.
  • example: the Person I seek has collected [some taxonomic group/s]. Does the person in Bionomia have any specimens from said group/s?
  • example: the Person I seek was collecting (or doing determinations) "a long time ago." Seeing the records for that particular returned person ... I can see the years active (based on dates found in dwc:eventDate or dwc:dateIdentified
  • if Wikidata Q number is returned, go to the wikidata page? (or view it from inside TW?) This allows us to see other known bits about said person.

From the as "work has been done in Bionomia" scenario, say, our INHS Insect Collection Dataset, then what is needed is a way for Tommy to see what records have identifiers in them (that didn't when the records when to GBIF). Maybe that's what you're describing above. In which case, you're accepting (or not) the identifier someone applied to that record. There won't be a second option to return a different person.
