After a configurable number of draft picks, have the user pick twice for each pick to speed up the draft.

At minimum the 'Login with Google' link should include a logo.

Add a commissioner role -- a commissioner should be able to:

• make picks on other players behalf
• edit previous picks
• change the number of rounds

Including CSS and JS bundles in the Git repo is so 2014.

Sometimes the page doesn't refresh when a pick is made. I think the browser is closing the eventsource connection when the page is inactive, and when the page becomes active again it reconnects the eventsource. If picks are made when the connection is down the page won't be up to date.

If #39 is completed, we could send the state of the draft when the eventsource is first opened.

Javascript files should be main-HASH.js in order to avoid cache issues.

This has the following benefits:

• smoother reloads
• more interactive feel
• better foundation for features that integrate tightly

Over time the application leaks file descriptors and eventually crashes. I think the EventSource sockets are never being closed.

In Chrome, this has the upside of showing a blue dot on the tab when there are new unviewed picks.

Divide multicolor into guild/shard/wedge/4+ colors.

We could, for example, take the transitive closure of all picks made so far when deciding what to ask next.
