Create luddite.Logger and implement repeated message suppression
Create a logger interface that breaks the hard dependency on logrus.Logger.
Also implement repeated message suppression ala syslogd.
Improve logging to stdout
Currently logging to stdout does not use the JSON formatter. This should be changed so that the log format is consistent regardless of whether logging to stdout or to a file (K8S wants services to log to stdout).
