When editing input that hasn't been edited before, the elastic input width is not set correctly

Select a zazu in the middle of the list and then type cmd+o, the selected zazu is reset which is not expected behaviour.

When moving up and new selected zazu is out of viewport, then the window scroll all the way to the top, while it should scroll just by the height of the zazu.
