Error occurs in JavaStringArray::set(JNIEnv *, jobjectArray).

Maybe an error because of the new NDK that uses clang?

Given that one of the main purposes of JniHelpers is to help with streaming audio applications, it should support the Java ByteBuffer class, which would allow direct copying of raw PCM data from C++ <-> Java.

Submodules are not the best thing in the world. I think it could be beneficial to be able to just drop the artifacts in the project.

It would be nice to have support for passing Java arrays to native layer, particularly for Strings.

ByteArray/ShortArray could be combined into a common PrimitiveArray class with templates.
