Eventually move away from Swift compiler workaround

One of this project's dependencies, swift-frida, is affected by swiftlang/swift#64669 - presumably the Frida umbrella header conflicted with the overarching module being named Frida. (Weirdly, this resulted in an error about @dynamicCallable instead of anything about Objective-C. Oh well, it only took a few hours to figure out.)

As of writing, it's being worked around by manually tacking on -no-verify-emitted-module-interface to OTHER_SWIFT_FLAGS as we do not need the Objective-C header. Eventually, this should be done away with.
