Describe the bug
Most cli packages doesn't export library code as index.ts, they rather have the CLI script implemented there. It's better to implement the CLI code in cli.ts and let index.ts export all library code like cli/st-ssr demonstrates.

Also: st-rm-rf and st-cp have code duplication with filePathExist()

Rename decorators
'Eement' to 'Component'
'Attribute' to 'Props'
