qtawesome 0.5.6 is now available in defaults. Note that this is a noarch: python package.

Nop, that's conda-forge's packages. Default packages (which are the ones we recommend) are here:

https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/main/win-64/

(for Windows in this case) and QtAwesome is not there yet.

Ah, well then I stand corrected.

I don't know much about the Anaconda public package release process... What does it take for the release to make it there? Does a human have to trigger it? Or is it a delayed weekly build sort of thing?
