AnEM: check "embryoid body"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embryoid_body :

Embryoid bodies (EBs) are three-dimensional aggregates of pluripotent stem cells. The pluripotent cell types that comprise embryoid bodies include embryonic stem cells (ESCs) derived from the blastocyst stage of embryos from mouse (mESC),[1][2] primate,[3] and human (hESC)[4] sources.

AnEM: failure to escape (remove) MathType in PMC-1697817-sec-02.txt

17 lines in AnEM-1.0.4/standoff/PMC-1697817-sec-02.txt contain stuff like the following:

MathType@MTEF@5@5@+=feaafiart1ev1aaatCvAUfKttLearuWrP9MDH5MBPbIqV92AaeXatLxBI9gBaebbnrfifHhDYfgasaacH8akY=wiFfYdH8Gipec8Eeeu0xXdbba9frFj0=OqFfea0dXdd9vqai=hGuQ8kuc9pgc9s8qqaq=dirpe0xb9q8qiLsFr0=vr0=vr0dc8meaabaqaciaacaGaaeqabaqabeGadaaakeaacuWGqbaugaacamaaBaaaleaacqaIXaqmaeqaaOGaeiikaGccciGaf8xWdiNbaSaacqGGPaqkaaa@3295@ = exp(ipilambdaz0rho2)circ(rho/rhoMAX)

This traces back to a failure of the PMC NXML-to-text processing tools in https://github.com/spyysalo/bionlp_st_2011_supporting to process MathType. A quick check suggests this is relatively rare (occurs in one in a random sample of 1000 PMC OA docs), but should be resolved anyway.

The relevant bits of the source XML look like so

<inline-formula>P˜1(ρ→)
MathType@MTEF@5@5@+=feaafiart1ev1aaatCvAUfKttLearuWrP9MDH5MBPbIqV92AaeXatLxBI9gBaebbnrfifHhDYfgasaacH8akY=wiFfYdH8Gipec8Eeeu0xXdbba9frFj0=OqFfea0dXdd9vqai=hGuQ8kuc9pgc9s8qqaq=dirpe0xb9q8qiLsFr0=vr0=vr0dc8meaabaqaciaacaGaaeqabaqabeGadaaakeaacuWGqbaugaacamaaBaaaleaacqaIXaqmaeqaaOGaeiikaGccciGaf8xWdiNbaSaacqGGPaqkaaa@3295@</inline-formula>

so, as there is a MathML specification in addition to the MathType "annotation", it should be possible to just wipe the MathType and go from the MathML in the conversion in at least this case.

MLEE: misanalysed coordination in 18824876 title?

18824876 title has

inhibition of ovarian cancer growth and prolonged survival by transfection

annotated with the (partial) interpretation "inhibition of ... survival", which seems unlikely in context.
