Astronomical Object Detection is an important field of research that enables astronomers to study the universe more effectively by automating the process of identifying and analyzing objects in large-scale astronomical surveys. The InfiniFlare project is aimed at developing a CNN to detect and classify different types of astronomical objects, such as stars, galaxies, and supernovae.

To run this project, you will need to install the following dependencies:

• Python 3.6+
• PyTorch
• torchvision

1. Download the dataset of astronomical images you want to analyze, and place it in the data folder.
2. Update the root parameter in the ImageFolder call in the code to point to the folder containing the dataset.
3. Run the code using the command python astronomical_object_detection.py.
