Hello!

I've tried, according to the docs to add new wiki apge by using:

asciidoc -b fossil -o - asciidoc.txt | fossil wiki commit AsciiDoc

command, but I got:

asciidoc: WARNING: asciidoc.txt: line 3161: include file not found: /home/gour/tmp/fossil/customers.csv
fossil: no such wiki page: AsciiDoc

although I admit I haven't tinkered with Fossil' wiki from cli.

However, using:

asciidoc -b fossil -o - asciidoc.txt | fossil wiki create AsciiDoc
asciidoc: WARNING: asciidoc.txt: line 3161: include file not found: /home/gour/tmp/fossil/customers.csv
Created new wiki page AsciiDoc.

worked and created beautiful Fossil wiki doc!!!

Thank you very much for this backend and I hope you're still using Fossil and will continue supporting it.

Btw, we'll use Fossil for our new open-source project (multi-platform desktop app) and evaluating AsciiDoc over reST/Sphinx. ;)

p.s. I've changed README.asciidoc by replacing 'commit' with 'create', but being Mercurial user, all I could do is to push to git repo @bitbucket using hg-git plugin: https://bitbucket.org/gour/asciidoc-fossil-backend/overview :-(
