What does debug (serial) output say?
Install debug version of WLED and monitor serial output (via USB) for possible hint of what is going on after flashing.

If you bought those boards from me they came preloaded with firmware. What was the reason to re-flash firmware?

With other WLED 8266/32 boards Ive worked with in the past there is an AP that is broadcast to connect,
Im not seeing anything with the Stock boards when they boot up,
Ive only tried to reload on 2 of the 4 we purchased,
When I get time soon Ill try to find a debug version to load and test, and let you know.
But Ive just confirmed that the Stock boards have no AP, and any way to config,
and the units Ive reloaded do not seem to be broadcasting an AP either,

Did you put a power select jumper in correct position? If you power board with USB cable do you see WLED-AP?

I do not see a WLED AP, with either just USB nor with the jumper set to 12v if there is 12v applied,
and Ive tried to set jumper to 5v when using USB as well,
with no luck

Situation is very unusual due to every board is manually tested and flashed with firmware before shipping. Jumper settings is not important if you using usb connector. Also usb connection must be used without any wire connected to a board.

Yes. Seems to be.
I was hoping there was something simple I was missing. But of the 4 we Have. None have broadcast an AP when plugged into usb
I’ve tried to reload the other 2 with the WLED webpage loader.
And the esptool.
Im able to connect to the console through the WLED web loader.
Is there a command I can run to help debug?
