debian/control: Minor issues
- https://github.com/sriemer/scanmem-debian/blob/master/debian/control#L43: "CheatEngline" should be "CheatEngine".
- I don't know the exact Debian guidelines, but wouldn't you want GC version x.y.z to depend exactly on scanmem x.y.z instead of scanmem >= x.y.0?

Should use standards version 4.1.3
Are we shipping binaries compiled with -g?
Shouldn't the debug flag be turned off? At least for the scanmem exe itself.
Debug symbols for libraries are a bit more complicated, too, but I don't know the specifics.
