Windows Defender recently reported the presence of threats in the software. This could be a false threat.

Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml

This app does run the risk of being injected into the code. However, the injected code will not be executed outside of the browser. If your computer isn't on a trusted network, don't run run_public.bat.

Instructions unclear.
What is NPM?
How do you make it launch if the .bat fails?
Is there any further instructions available?

Terminal says:

Mind you, I installed the runtime as per required: "Asp.Net Core Runtime 7 or DotNet SDK 7"
I chose the Runtime as I'm not doing anything requiring the "Software Development Kit"
