• User can translate the text into any language with just one click.
• user can select the preferred language from all the possible languages (100+ including hindi) available on Google
• after selecting a specific language, user will be able to :
  • again translate the page by choosing new language
  • showing the original language
  • turn off the translation for that site

I see that you have used file name "index1.html" for user profile page with "index1.css" as its CSS file, and "index2.html" for about us page. So, I think proper names should be used for the files so that they can be properly accessed and linked with each other.
This will improve readability and maintainability of the code.
