ruby-eco's Issues

Allow ERB templating in combination with Eco templates

A lot of my Eco templates in Rails have an image in them. Ideally, I'd love to name my file template.js.eco.erb and be able to use <%= image_tag ... %>. However, due to the template syntax being the same, this won't work.

Is there a recommended way to do this? Should I switch off ERB to Haml or some other templating engine?

gem install: eco-source is --pre; eco is not

It's a bit tricky to install the gem right now. I have to run gem install --pre eco-source to install eco-source. gem install --pre eco won't work, though, because eco is stable. So I have to run the following in succession:

gem install --pre eco-source
gem install eco

I'm sure this will be fixed when eco 1.1.0 is released. Just leaving this here for the next person.
