Add scoreline difference to !health about promod HOT 5 CLOSED

Usually people start hitting !health when they think the prospects for infected to reduce the health of the survivors before they reach the saferoom are diminishing and they want to know how much work they have to do (or prevent) in a short amount of time. That puts the player in an awkward position of having to do quick arithmetic at the same time as they're planning what they're going to do next. That is really shitty on survivor when you must maintain your focus on accomplishing short-term goals at all times.

My suggestion is that !health could display additional information about the score line: either the current difference (the difference between your score and the enemy score) or what the difference would be if the safe room door closed right now. I don't have l4d2 installed anymore so I can't look at the actual output, but I remember thinking that there was some superfluous output that could be trimmed to make room for this. Don't quote me on that though.

Got it. Simple enough, I'll even make it pretty and show a colourful number in between parentheses after the player's team saying how far behind/ahead they are.
