I can't find any documentation under https://docs.openwrt.melmac.net/https-dns-proxy/ for options:

https-dns-proxy.config.force_dns
https-dns-proxy.config.force_dns_port

These were present after configuring a fresh install of luci-app-https-dns-proxy.

Is it possible to add a list of your domains to a custom file using dnsmasq.nftset? Examples aws/netflix only for ip.
I want my list from a file, so as not to manually add many domains in one line, like here
option dest_addr 'youtube.com...........'

Is it possible?

I just tried to install dnsmasq-full from your guide, but some depencecies are missing so the installation wasn't succesfull (R7800, OpenWrt 21.02). With added dependencies worked the installation fine. So I would suggest to edit this part:

opkg update; cd /tmp/ && opkg download dnsmasq-full; opkg install ipset libnettle8 libnetfilter-conntrack3;

However, it seems like the actual fields also accept "classical" IP ranges like this:

Is a.b.c.d-e.f.g.h a valid entry for PBR? If so, the docs should probably clarify this.
