Drop variation calculation still uses Random.Next() where highest value might not be able to be obtained - > test and fix if necessary
If the enemy or you manage to do 0 Damage from some weird calculation this will happen, might also have other causes.
Not realy an issue on our end i think but we will nees to go with deleting messages instead of editing them.
