PowerPC's and any computer with an installed 64-bit Operating System are 
currently unsupported due to the reliance on the Mozilla webbrowser plugin.

Printing proxies is great to have, but it'd be much nicer if the proxies were 
higher quality than the ones the Gatherer provides.

Suggest using magiccards.info or some other well-known source of high-quality 
Magic card pictures.

Add an options dialog for various aspects of the program.

Add a Magic Database viewable offline. Will likely add a tab to the webbrowser 
panel to do this.

Add the capability for the deck builder to appraise the deck's legality (i.e. 
is it Standard/Extended/Legacy/Vintage legal?)

Add capability to update card prices on demand

I think I'll dub this the "Playmat" as some of us have rolls of foam we 
sometimes like to place our cards on while we play. No rules enforcement, just 
be able to draw cards, tap/untap cards, create tokens, flip the card over, 
manage life totals, etc. Just everything aside from playing another opponent. 
Meant more for pre-testing a deck prior to printing the proxies for it.

Add a splash screen to the startup of deck builder to indicate to the user what 
is happening during startup.

I had something like this in mind:

Loading card database...
Downloading card prices...
Parsing prices...
Done!

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Click Advanced
2.) Pick a Format (Ice Age Block for instance)
3.) Click Search
4.) Pick the first card in the list
5.) Notice the recently viewed list, the card row for the previewed card is 
blank. Clicking on it will preview the proper card, however.

On builds, Netbeans should create the Windows, Linux, and Mac versions 
simultaneously.

Add capability to load and/or save decks in the following formats in addition 
to the deck builder's tsv format:
