startbootstrap / freelancer-jekyll Goto Github PK

There are several links in this template that use http rather than https. Chrome at least warns about the insecurities this may create. I would like to see those links changed to https.

I would be happy to submit a PR to fix these

More of a suggestion than an issue, but the github, facebook and twitter links open in the same window... Might be worth adding target="_blank" to open in new windows (feels nicer!)

Tested in small browser window on Chrome, mobile mode on Chrome's dev mode, and also on iPhone 5C.

The Chevron seems to be out of place on the "return to top" button. Also as it's exactly the same colour as the footer, it gets drowned out when scrolling.

the contact form doesn't work on github pages because there isn't a mail server through github hosting - ill need to find another solution to make the form work when people are hosting their freelancer jekyll page on github pages

All references to javascript files and styling has broken. Check out the demo, I can't find the correct versions of the files to fix my site... Please assist.
